Secretary, Petroleum and Natural Resources. - The Secretary of the Petroleum and Natural Resources Division of the
Government of Pakistan is the highest-ranking bureaucrat in the country on
petroleum affairs (downstream, midstream and upstream). - Also held the following positions for the Government of Pakistan:
- Director General Oil
- Director General Natural Gas
- Director General New and Renewable Energy Resources
- Director General Petroleum Concessions and Special Projects
- In his time in government, executed and oversaw several $bn projects across energy vertical
- Facilitated the approval and commissioning of PARCO Refinery, Bosicor Refinery, White Oil
Pipeline Project and Attock Petroleum Ltd. - Served as Chairman of two public sector organizations and on the Board of Directors of 18
leading oil and gas companies in Pakistan.
